The president job is the embodiment of the institution + dealing with crisis. Hopefully there are not a lot of the laters.
The financial issues, the accreditation issues, the personnel conflicts, the boundary of the board, and of course, the quality of the instruction - all daily routines, let's keep them running smoothly and don't turn in to crisis.
